New Chemicals Known as Carcinogenic to the State of California

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) added gentian violet and N-nitrosohexamethyleneimine to the list of carcinogenic chemicals for purposes of the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. The changes took effect on November 23, 2018 and have already been added to ExESS.
